Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé Brut 2002

Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé Brut 2002

From the great 2002 vintage, at 11 years old this mature rosé is at its peak. It opens with raspberry caramel, spice, rosehip and biscuity aromas that combine richness and delicacy so well that John Belsham called it “an iron fist in a silk glove”. Superbly poised and very dry in the mouth, with a seemingly endless aftertaste, it’s a true “food wine” to serve with foie gras or a duck liver mousse.
