Mud House Waipara Valley Riesling 2015
This is a charming medium style, juicy, concentrated and full of energy. Lifted aromatics, redolent of white flowers, lead to a vibrant mouthful where yellow fruit notes (peach, mirabelle plum) hold sway. Softly textured, it would be a good match for a mild chicken rendang.
