Saint Clair Vicar’s Choice Pinot Gris 2016 (Marlborough)

Saint Clair Vicar’s Choice Pinot Gris 2016 (Marlborough)

This is a very pleasing, sharply priced package. It’s a crisp, tight, off-dry style, with freshness supplied by both the bright acidity and a distinct herbal edge. John Saker likened its flavours to “pear and cucumber salad”. A wine that would go well with a Thai beef salad.
