Things To Know
Owned by Tranja and Darryl Fry, the Fossil Ridge vineyard was first established back in 1997 and has grown organically since then. The name comes from the many mollusc fossils the couple has discovered on the property.
Gewurztraminer can be a fickle variety, but it has clearly had the utmost care and attention lavished on it at Fossil Ridge.
