Made from blast-frozen gewurztraminer and riesling grapes, this unusual sweet wine has a potent, exotic perfume suggesting lychees, rose petals, cloves and sweet spice. Gewurztraminer leads the aromatic way, and the palate offers beautifully layered flavours of candied citrus, stonefruit and honey, ending with balanced acidity carrying a haunting, fragrant aftertaste.
