Things To Know
The tagline “family winemakers” is no misnomer – Allan, wife Cathy and their children Josh, Victoria and Sara are all involved in the business. Allan was one of the first grape-growers to establish his own label, back in 1990. A Marlborough icon, the company has recently purchased additional parcels of land in Central Otago, with the ensuing wines complementing the portfolio.

The single-vineyard Hounds Pinot Noir is a beautiful, mouthwatering wine, while the Blanc de Blancs NV Methode Traditionnelle is creamy and concentrated.

Seasonal, fresh and local is the mantra here. You’ll find scallops, figs, salmon, cheese, venison and many other local delicacies featuring on the menu throughout the year.
