Setting
Two magnificent Jeff Thomson corrugated iron works of art adorn the entranceway to the cellar door. Their beauty is matched by the hand-painted tiles that cover the foyer’s floor, and the array of paintings and sculptures on display inside. The large, airy cellar door looks out to the paved courtyard, lush green lawns and up towards the Barnicoat Range.
Things To Know

Greenhough Estate is owned by Jenny Wheeler and Andrew Greenhough and was one of Nelson’s pioneer wineries, established in 1991. A fully organic winery, it is renowned for producing multi-faceted wines that have a strong following both here and internationally.
Our Pick
The Hope pinot noir is a classic Greenhough example – rich, vibrantly fruity and full of layers.
