SOHO Westwood Rosé 2020 (Waiheke)

A gutsy red-crayon colour in the glass with a boiled-sweet character and candied-cherry notes. Rich watermelon and cherry flavours on the palate are matched with lovely tannins and acid richness to provide length, impressive mouthfeel and flavour. A classy example of what merlot can do in the rosé world, given the opportunity.
