Setting
Black Ridge, one of the oldest vineyards in Central, is undergoing a renaissance under new owners Joss Purbrick and Belinda Green. The Dunedin geologist and cardiologist have plans to make the unique rocky moonscape of a vineyard into a friendly place, with gardens among the rock outcrops, with the help of vineyard manager David Perkin.
