Akarua Alchemy Ice 2021 (Bannockburn, Central Otago)

Homegrown ice wine – flash frozen in the winery rather than vine frozen. Pale gold in the glass with a perfumed nose of lifted jasmine blossom, lime and sherbet aromas. The palate is nicely balanced, harmonious and clean with light, elegant, rose petal characters.
