Ara Single Estate Pinot Noir Rosé 2014

There was a suggestion from the panel that this wine was made using malbec, such was its overt spiciness. But no, those Christmas cake and spiced apple notes are derived from low-yielding pinot noir vines and careful winemaking. Juicy and crunchy, with a long dry finish.
