Loveblock Noble Chenin Blanc 2014

In France’s Loire Valley chenin blanc makes outstanding botrytised sweet whites. Loveblock’s version suggests New Zealand can do the same. The inviting nose offers barley sugar, butter caramel, and appley fruit. It’s delectably sweet, but beautifully balanced by lip-smacking acidity that enters the equation early on the palate. Flavours flow beautifully through a delicious lingering finish.
