Very deeply coloured yet very youthful, this is a serious ruby with juicy fruit aromas and hints of smoke pouring out of the glass. The palate is rounded and weighty with a lovely mouthfeel and a beautiful warming feeling amidst hints of spice, which linger through to the finish. (A)
