Trinity Hill The Trinity Hawke’s Bay 2011
Made from merlot with an input of cabernets and tempranillo, The Trinity is a ripe, almost luscious expression of Hawke’s Bay red wine. Plum and blackcurrant fruit aromas have suggestions of liquorice and spice with toasty oak behind. The palate is rich and ripe, pure and varietally correct, with a firm spine that will take a little while to soften.
