Grant Burge Petite Bubbles Dry Sparkling NV (King Valley, Australia)
Although pale in the glass this is a fruit- forward, fresh and crisp sparkling wine. Initially the palate seems lean but its delicious fruity juiciness gives the wine weight and some complexity. Creamy through the midpalate with a crisp and dry finish. (B)
