Pasqua Romeo and Juliet Prosecco DOC NV (Veneto, Italy)

Bright ripe apple and jasmine-flower aromas present on the nose with quite some intensity. The palate is dry and well weighted with good acid that gives crunch and drive. Lots of complex flavour intensity with those apple characteristics coming through from the nose. (B)
