Bollinger Rosé NV
A classic of the rosé Champagne genre. It has a pale onion-skin pink colour, and aromas of strawberries, cherries, spiced buns and nutty complexities. In the mouth it’s a wine of real concentration with great structure. A Champagne for food, maybe grilled duck breasts with cherries. (C)
