Akarua Vintage Brut 2010
An elegant, fresh wine from lovely Central Otago. Delicate floral, lemon-lime and lightly toasty aromas introduce a vibrant wine that’s very dry with a savoury grip at the end. It doesn’t have great concentration, but balance and definition are very good. A good partner for summery vegetable crudités.
