Akarua Vintage Brut Methode Traditionelle 2010
Akarua provides some of Central Otago’s flagship sparkling wines. This mature drop is a full-on, traditional style with plenty of bottle ferment character giving hints of nutty aldehyde and leesy complexity to a core of fragrant fruit. It wasn’t among the most refined in this tasting, but it has plenty of personality.
