Pelorus benefited in its formative days from advice from Champagne house Veuve Clicquot. These days it stands on its own and its vintage wine has a distinctive style. It’s rich and powerful with grapefruit and apple fruit woven through toasty bottle ferment and oxidative complexities. Creamy texture and a whisper of sweetness carry it smoothly to a firm, long finish.
