Daniel Le Brun Rosé Méthode Traditionnelle NV (Marlborough)
Pale pink with just a touch of copper in the glass with rich chocolate and strawberry set against fresh apple and lime characters on the nose. The palate has excellent mousse which highlights the delicate fruit flavours, coupled with fantastic acidity and wonderful structure complete with a lengthy finish.
