Daniel Le Brun Vintage 2010 (Marlborough)
A very smart and refined pinot-dominant vintage sparkling that has been aged for seven years prior to disgorgement. Taut citrus and rich toastiness unfurl on the palate creating a gently aged mousse. Lovely stone fruit notes combine with a creamy brioche complexity and a chewy, nutty character that culminates in a long, luxurious finish.
