Drappier Carte d’Or Brut NV
Aromas of cream and nuts on the nose that belie the palate which has lots of citrus and red-apple flavours within. The palate is well weighted with nice complexity, vigour and focus. The taut acid is matched well by a creaminess that restores balance. (A)
