Echelon by Spy Valley 2020 (Marlborough)
Pale in the glass with bright fruit citrus and floral aromas set against leesy notes on the nose. The palate is bright and vigorous with a delightful creaminess that adds complexity. A lively and refreshing example that has been well constructed and is very moreish.
