A smooth, easy Champagne that marries biscuity notes to apple and citrus fruit in a nose that’s fairly straightforward. There are some greener threads that are cut back by a hint of sweetness. Flavour is broader than most, but it’s counterpointed by a sinewy, firm backbone that adds savoury appeal.
