Lallier Grande Réserve NV
Lallier is another of the lesser known Champagne labels to win accolades in this Cuisine tasting. Made from 65% pinot noir and 35% chardonnay grown near the town of Aÿ, it’s an upfront style, with a nose reminiscent of stonefruits, egg custard and brioche. It’s smooth to taste with quite robust flavours, a flowing, even palate and a long, clean signature.
