An unalloyed Grand Cru made from top grapes grown in the famous Bouzy and Tours sur Marne districts, this is a tour de force. It’s a powerful style, with plenty of yeasty complexity and attractive yellow fruit notes, yet compact and focussed. The mousse is lively, the finish long and fine.
