Moët’s success makes it un-trendy in some circles, but these days it’s one of the most consistent non-vintage wines around, no mean feat given the vast quantities produced. Delicate and smooth, its citrus, nutty and caramelly characters are well integrated with lightly toasty, bready complexities. A thread of sweetness softens the palate and it finishes crisp and fresh.
