Nautilus Vintage Rosé 2016 (Marlborough)

The only rosé sparkling to appear in the top wines, but this starts to impress in the glass with a vibrant, pale-salmon colour. The nose entices with strawberries and restrained dry herb and spice notes. On the palate classic toasty creaminess and supple funk provide lovely weight, texture and moreishness.
