2006 was a very good year in Champagne, and Nicolas Feuillatte’s release sums up their mellow, mouthfilling vintage style. It treads a lovely even pathway that weaves freshness and maturity together in good balance. It’s sustained in rich flavour and fine in texture, with a firm backbone.
