A great example of a dry, poised style of Champagne. Crisp and light with citrus and crushed herb, a hint of apple skin on the nose which flows through onto the palate and is matched by a yeasty, toasty nuttiness. A wine with excellent length, refreshing vibrant acidity and a lingering finish. (H)
