French champagne house Louis Roederer’s Californian outpost was founded north of San Francisco in 1982. The non-vintage wine shows attractive evolution with a mature, gently oxidative thread woven through floral and stone fruit characters. It’s rich and complete with a hint of sweetness to fill it out.
