Pale and elegant, this chardonnay-based Champagne has grapefruit and vanilla-biscuit aromas, along with eggy varietal aromas and a whisper of sulphide that gives it Burgundian traits. Plush and polished in the mouth, it has persistence of flavour and a savoury, dry finish.
