Soljans Estate Legacy Methode Traditionnelle 2009

Soljans traces its lineage back to 1927 with vineyards near Auckland. Today, grapes are sourced further afield to make this expressive sparkler. It’s an opulent style with a nose of sweet patisserie, stone fruits, nutty oxidative hints and yeasty complexity. There’s good, fleshy depth in the mouth and a dry finish. A mature wine to drink fairly soon.
