Spade Oak Le Champ Prosecco NV (Gisborne)

A homegrown example with a deeper colour in the glass and intense aromas of ripe apple and honeysuckle on the nose. The sweetness present on the palate is well managed by the acid resulting in a lovely, weighted and lengthy wine.
