Torbreck Old Vines GSM 2017 (Barossa, Australia)

Fine red-berry notes on the nose with a slight dried-herb note set against an almost meaty character which provides complexity and intrigue. This character follows through to the palate and allows texture to travel well through the palate. A very fine profile with ripe, grainy yet juicy tannins – extremely well-made wine and a joy to drink. (A)
