This is a distinctive wine. It’s a ripe style, with intense yellow plum and peach flavours making a bold statement. Much of its charm is derived from a soft, creamy texture which gives it poise and elegance. It has plenty of acidity, good concentration and beautiful length. A wine to sip with a ‘buche de chevre’.
