Wither Hills Rarangi Sauvignon Blanc 2016

It may have a year under its belt, but this expression grown in the north-eastern corner of the Wairau Valley comes across almost as fresh as the day it was crushed. Bright and nervy, it runs tight, juicy lines across the palate, leaving a trail of citrus, fennel and tropical fruit notes. Well made, poised and refreshing.
