Maude Central Otago Chardonnay 2021
An elegant and more linear style of chardonnay which could be described as ‘firm’ for those who prefer the rounded, richer style. Pale in the glass with deliciously bright fruit, nicely handled oak and just enough struck match to add interest but not overwhelm. Beautifully balanced.
