Bald Hills Kirameki Pinot Gris 2023 (Bannockburn, Central Otago)
The nose is pure, focussed and quite reserved with subtle stone fruit aromas. The well-structured palate conversely is concentrated with ripe stone fruit and bright juicy citrus. The sweetness present is balanced nicely by the vibrant acid.
