The experienced Ant Mackenzie currently makes the wine for this small, family-owned Hawke’s Bay label. This is a generous chardonnay which is starting to offer some attractive toasty bottle age characters. Flinty notes and a touch of sweetness sit together comfortably,
and texture is creamy and fleshy.
