Domaine Rewa Chardonnay 2014 (Central Otago)
This is a restrained package that starts sotto voce but grows in the mouth, leaving a trail of minerality, citrus, straw and a hint of passionfruit. The texture is silky and elegant. This label’s 2013 chardonnay took top honours a year ago, and this release is another top- notch effort that will reward cellaring.
