Nautilus Estate Marlborough Pinot Gris 2015
This is a nicely weighted off-dry expression, all the more harmonious for having spent a year in the bottle. Apples, pears and a more unusual savoury note are set against an attractively svelte, creamy texture. The perfect gris to have with a washed rind cheese.
