Central Otago pinot noir is a central component of this quality bubbly. More savoury than its excellent rosé sibling, it’s a refined wine of appetising freshness. Citrus, apple and leafy notes have a light toasty overtone on the nose, and the flavours are nicely intense, sustained and zippy.
