Akarua Brut NV (Central Otago)

A pinot-dominant example from Central Otago sparkling stalwarts Akarua with white peach and grapefruit pith notes on the nose. A lovely, creamy mousse in the mouth with toast and honey-like complexity that gives this wine an X-factor, finishing with a length that goes on and on.
