Akarua Brut NV (Central Otago)
Pale colour with aromas of melon and lemon sorbet on the nose. The palate is fresh and clean and boasts a fantastic acid spine with the creaminess of lemon sorbet seen on the nose reflected through the palate. Has a vibrant and toasty finish.
