A mature style with medium colour thanks to time. Nuts, brioche, apples and citrus are evident on the nose. The bead is fine and persistent with mid weight on the crisp yet creamy palate showcasing a leaner style of Champagne with mouth-watering acidity, lovely complexity, wonderful drive and length. (B)
