Daniel Le Brun Blanc de Blancs 2012 (Marlborough)

Daniel Le Brun Blanc de Blancs 2012 (Marlborough)

The colour in the glass could be likened to Rapunzel’s hair – a beautiful, bright gold with an inviting and persistent bead. On the palate a toasty spice is matched with ripe lemon and grapefruit citrus which provide layers of flavour and delightful complexity. The delicate, soft mousse is counterbalanced by taut, bright acidity.
