Hitherto unknown to our panellists, De Castelnau’s wines impressed greatly in this Cuisine tasting. From the great 2002 vintage, this is a fine, elegant vintage wine with complex creamy aromas, lanolin, citrus and biscuity notes. Its mature harmony is very appealing, as are its smooth foaming texture, soft delicacy, and very long, clean finish.
