Domain Road Vineyard The Water Race Dry Riesling 2017

The colour is beautifully pale which suggests delicate winemaking. It is a little more advanced aromatically than the vintage would suggest however the palate does not disappoint. This is a classically balanced drier Riesling with notes of green apples and white stone fruits that demonstrate the value of restraint in fine winemaking.
